  • Purchases made from other outlets, including but not limited to Amazon, Kobo, Waterstones, or any third-party retailer, do not qualify for this promotion.

2. Personalisation Details

  • The personalised story The Land Between Snow and Sky will be created based on the information you provide in the personalisation form, a link of which you will have received with your order. Please ensure that all details are accurate and carefully reviewed before submission.

  • While we will make every effort to accommodate any change requests after submission, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the story personalisation process has begun.

3. Delivery of Personalised Story

  • Eligible customers will receive a personalised version of The Land Between Snow and Sky in the format(s) specified by the promotion or selected at checkout.

  • Delivery times for digital versions (PDF and/or audio) will be within 7 days of personalisation details being submitted. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

4. Non-Transferable

  • This promotional offer is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the purchaser of Buried by Ice from the official website.

5. Modifications to the Offer

  • Tracy Buchanan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.But once you make an offer, you will receive what you paid for. 

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the personalised nature of the promotional story, cancellations or refunds for the personalised item cannot be provided once the personalisation process has begun.
